Alistair is a chartered Town Planner with more than 20 years’ experience in both public and private sectors. He has substantial experience of preparing planning applications including EIA development.

Amelia is our Accounts Assistant with more than seven years’ experience in Finance, supporting the Finance Manager and carrying out day to day accountancy tasks.

A Chartered Planning Consultant with more than 15 years’ experience in both the public and private sector, Andrew coordinates planning applications including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for major development projects.

Andrew is an environmental and planning consultant specialising in the delivery of infrastructure projects. He has worked in this role for more than 20 years and has extensive experience of EIA, environmental appraisal and project management of planning applications.

Andy has more than 19 years’ experience of landscape and visual assessment, landscape planning and management. His principal experience relates to the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) of major, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

With more than two years’ experience in the private sector, Ben has strategic residential and commercial development planning expertise. He is also working towards his RTPI Licentiate Membership.

A Chartered Environmental Planner with more than 15 years’ experience, Bobby has vast experience in Environmental Statements (ES) for Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs). This and his keen interest in site appraisal, risk identification and management provides Bobby with a strong understanding of opportunities, constraints and robust solution-finding.

Callum is our Graduate Planner with a years’ experience in the industry. Callum provides support to all members of the planning team across all sectors while he works towards his Chartership.

A Transport Planner for more than 22 years, Catherine has extensive experience in Transport Assessment and Highway Design. She has solid experience of all transport and highways aspects required to satisfy the planning process.

Charlie has experience in Landscape and Visual Assessment, Landscape Design and Biodiversity Net Gain. He is enrolled on the Landscape Institute Pathway to Chartership.

Dan is an RTPI Chartered Associate Planning Consultant. With more than 15 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors, he successfully manages applications from conception to determination, including at appeal.

A Chartered Town Planner with more than 25 years’ experience in public and private sector planning, David works predominantly on large scale energy and infrastructure projects across the UK.

A Chartered Engineer, David has more than 35 years’ experience of delivering the planning process for large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use regeneration projects, including several schemes based on commercial marinas.

Duncan has more than 15 years’ experience in transport planning, with experience across a wide range of projects including Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, Accessibility Assessments, and Junction Modelling.

Eric is a Chartered Accountant with 10 years of experience, having worked with both small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and global companies.

George is a Chartered Town Planner with over three years’ experience in the industry. He has worked on renewable energy, waste, retail and industrial projects across the country, producing documents and providing advice at all stages of the planning process.

A Chartered Planning Consultant with experience in coordinating and preparing applications, including Environmental Impact Assessment, Hannah effectively manages a diverse range of projects for both public and private sector clients.

As a consultant for more than seven years, Senior Planner Hannah has strong experience in the preparation of large-scale, major planning applications and EIAs.

With more than 20 years’ experience as part of an executive management team and working at board level, James has successfully created high-performing teams, achieved best practice, improved company culture, and delivered exceptional customer satisfaction.

A Chartered Town Planner, Jamie has more than 17 years of experience advising clients across a range of sectors and in the preparation of complex and major planning applications, and other consents.

Since joining us at Axis, Jane has rapidly become a valued member of the team, applying AutoCAD and landscape design skills acquired in her native Ukraine and offering support to a wide range of Axis projects.

A Chartered Landscape Architect with more than 20 years’ experience, John’s areas of expertise are in project management, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments, and co-ordination of the detailed environmental design on complex infrastructure projects, including for Development Consent Order schemes.

Jon has been an Environmental Planner for more than six years. He’s attained a Masters degree in EIA and has strong experience in the energy and waste sectors, including battery storage and Energy from Waste (EfW). Jon also has experience in residential and retail.

A Landscape Architect for more than 25 years, Jon has extensive experience in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), designing schemes, and providing expert witness evidence at planning inquiries.

Laura is an RTPI Chartered Senior Town Planner. Laura primarily works on energy and infrastructure projects and is experienced in the coordination and management of multi-disciplinary specialists to support Environment Impact Assessments (EIAs) and non-EIA planning applications.

Lauren works in the Finance Team carrying out day to day accountancy tasks. Lauren is currently completing her AAT Level 2 qualification.

Lee manages the Transport Planning team, specialising in the preparation of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans and expert witness work at planning inquiries.

A Landscape Architect for more than 19 years, Lindsey has extensive experience in landscape planning, specifically landscape and visual assessment for a range of developments, often requiring appropriate landscape and visual mitigation strategies.

With more than 20 years’ experience as a planning consultant, Martin has extensive experience in the preparation of planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for major development projects, including Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs).

Maxine works in the Finance Team carrying out day to day accountancy tasks, and actively supports all operational areas of the company.

With more than 34 years’ experience, Nick specialises in the planning of large scale development and infrastructure projects, predominantly comprising EIA development. Nick has managed the production of Environmental Statements more than three decades and given expert witness evidence at more than 30 planning inquiries.

Nicola has worked in both the public and private sectors gaining a breadth of experience in housing development design, Landscape Character and Environmental Sensitivity advice, with a specialism in flood defence schemes.

A Landscape Architect, Planning and Environmental Consultant with more than 25 years’ experience, Phil has extensive experience in Project Management, Planning, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs) for complex projects.

Since joining us at Axis, Sam has rapidly become a valued member of the design team, offering invaluable support to a wide range of projects through the provision of AutoCAD, GIS and graphic illustration services.

A Chartered Town Planner with more than 10 years’ experience, Siân project manages and coordinates large scale planning applications, including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) preparation. Siân also undertakes site appraisals and site promotion through Local Plans.

Sian is a Landscape Architect with more than five years’ experience. She works on Landscape and Visual Appraisals for a range of energy developments, including Solar, Wind and Battery Storage. Sian also has landscape design and planning experience in the leisure and residential sectors.

A Chartered Planner and environmentalist, Steve has more than 20 years’ experience of environmental planning and impact assessments in the public and private sectors, at both strategic and project level. This includes Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEAs) and Health Impact Assessments (HIAs).

Steve has been with us for more than 18 years. As CAD manager and photomontage artist, Steve has extensive experience working on projects including waste management facilities, road schemes, wind, solar and other energy developments.

A Chartered Town Planner with more than 11 years’ experience working in private and public sectors, Thomas has an excellent understanding of the planning system and has co-ordinated the submission of major planning applications.

Tom’s background is in landscape architecture and planning. He has a thorough knowledge and experience of leading landscape and environmental inputs on some of the most complex infrastructure projects in the country.

Yasmin is a Chartered Landscape Architect with more than seven years’ experience. She works on detail design for public spaces, schools, and residential developments.
